• LOGO FILES
  – Every great business has a great logo that tells it’s story to the world and so we need yours. Please provide us files in the following format .png, .ai or .pdf. If you do not have a logo we would love to help you with that. Our logo services start at $100.

• DOMAIN NAME / LOGIN
  – Please provide all the information regarding your domain name such as login URL and Passwords, Security codes etc that may be needed to move forward.

• HOSTING INFORMATION
  – If you have already provided this or if we are hosting your website please move to next step.
  In order to build your website we will need access to your hosting plan so we can install WordPress and any other necessary elements needed for a fully functioning website. This includes your host URL (web address) your username, pass and any other information we need to access the specific account. 

• CONTACT INFORMATION
  -Phone Number

  -Contact email where we can send web inquiries
  -Physical business address: Google will rank your business higher if there is a physical business address. While this is not essential, it is suggested.

• CITIES YOU SERVICE
  -Please provide the cities you service in order of importance. This helps me when building your website so I know what cities to focus the in-site SEO on.
  

• PRODUCTS / SERVICES YOU OFFER
  -For EACH service you list please provide a detailed description of at least 350 words AND images for each of those services. Why 350 words? Google suggests this is the optimal amount of words to provide for the best possible page rank.

• SOCIAL MEDIA
  -Please provide us with all your active social media links so that we can incorporate them into your website. Networking is free marketing and I think we all like FREE. It is also the best way to stay in contact with those who follow us and are interested in the services we provide.

• VIDEO
  -Please provide any video / video links you would like me to incorporate into website.

• IMAGES
  -High quality images are THE MOST important element you can provide to me as a designer. A great image will draw attention and a professional image will sell a product. Try to provide me unedited full size images.

• KEYWORDS
  -Every website we build will have IN-SITE SEO. This means I will utilize keywords, phrases, cities etc to help your website get ranked by search engines and found by potential clients. No one knows your industry quite like you so please provide us a list of common terms in your industry that potential clients might search to find you. This in no way guarantees ranking or placement or increase in traffic. What it means is I have created your site using best Google SEO practices. If you intend to drive traffic to your website, a LOCAL SEO campaign is essential. 

• MISSION STATEMENT
  -Studies show that if a potential customer can relate with you on a personal level you have a better chance to convert them into a paying customer. Your mission statement should be simple. Who are you? When were you established and what is your goal. Try to provide between 250 and 400 words.

• ABOUT US
  -If your page has an about us we highly recommend providing us photos and bios of your staff. Again if a customer can connect with you on a personal level you become more than just a company, but real humans.

• REVIEWS / TESTIMONIALS
  -Nothing instills trust like reviews from others. Providing us links to online reviews or just reviews themselves will help build trust with your potential client.

• DIRECTORY BADGES or SPONSORS / PARTNERS
  -If you are part of directories like Yelp, Manta, Home Adviser etc helps your credibility. Provide us links to your pages and we will do the rest.
